This has been a very exciting day at The Tubby Olive! Around 10a.m. a mammoth truck pulled up to our door loaded with 52 Fustis (the beautiful steel tanks imported from Italy that will contain our delicious oils and vinegars) and all of the gourmet olive oils and balsamic vinegars! Can you imagine getting excited about a water cooler? We were thrilled to see this beautiful, sleek machine.
Then came the gift items like little tidbit plates, linen dish towels with olive oil related illustrations, cocktail napkins and some very nice trays- one with olive branches, the other says "All You Need" with pictures of bread,cheese, herbs,wine and of course...Olives.So things are moving along, but there are many more details to complete. We want everything to be just right when we welcome you to The Tubby Olive.
